YOUR ROLE
  • Support AMI Core market strategies development & execution.
  • Deepen the market understanding, especially for China.
  • Lead market scouting projects and other ad hoc projects.
  • Responsibilities
  • Drive Market Model development through market analysis, assessing Henkel opportunities.
  • Support new product launch campaign.
  • Lead market scouting projects (incl. VOC activities).
  • Implement AMI sustainability agenda.

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree & above in Business, Marketing or related fields; master's degree and MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, BDM and sales field; experience in management consulting or strategy development is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data processing skill.
  • Good structural and strategic thinking capability.
  • Proven ability to strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Strong team collaboration.
