YOUR ROLE
  • Application Field tech support the South China business growing, focus on CPL and typical distributors.
  • Directly communicates (in scope of products tests/validation) with the field Sales/AE teams, KAMs, project team, customers.
  • Support the whole AE team when it needs.
  • 80-90% client site technical, 10-20% lab support; Travel rate up to 80%.

  • Such as:
  • Independently conduct customer site technical service, includes routine tech support, trouble shooting, startup/regular training, etc.
  • Prepares internal (and external, if relevant) tests reports and makes presentations to internal work group or department.
  • Support in the development of new products and quality standards.
  • Support in ongoing customer and development projects together.
  • Provides application support for various projects assigned by a supervisor...

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with background of chemistry/mechanical engineering/furniture wooden related.
  • With minimum of 1-2 years working experience.
  • Workable for English writing and speaking.
  • Reliability, flexibility, initiative, and team spirit.
