We are seeking an IT Operations Manager with more than 5 years of experience in internet operations, with deep understanding the operation process and key steps. The successful candidate will have worked in various platform such as PC/mobile. They will have experience building user operations capabilities from scratch, planning enterprise-specific user operations capabilities based on business objectives and scenarios, and have a basic knowledge of IT project management abilities and experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1. Familiar with business operation data model, know the key metrics.
2. Familiar with IT management and best practices.
3. Familiar with and data analytics and tracking systems.
4. Understand and manage IT/Business process mechanisms.
5. Collaborate with other departments to align IT systems with business goals.
6. Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines.
7. Monitor operational costs, conduct near- and long-term financial forecasts.
8. Owning/managing the overall user operation System.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree is required.
2. At least 5 years of experience in platform operations or user operations.
3. Experience in building user operation capabilities from scratch.
4. Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
5. Strong understanding of IT system security.
6. Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
8. Outstanding communication abilities.
9. Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
