We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

Formulate and execute portfolio management strategies to optimize investment returns and manage risk exposure. Direct comprehensive market trend analyses, investment valuations, and asset allocations to meet strategic goals. Lead efforts in aligning portfolio management activities with standardized IT project requirements management processes, ensuring consistent and high-quality project outcomes. Offer strategic insights and recommendations to senior management for investment decisions, leveraging in-depth analysis and market intelligence. Utilize advanced financial management systems and tools to enhance portfolio performance analytics and support informed decision-making. Establish and nurture robust relationships with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, to facilitate effective portfolio management. Promote a culture of innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies in portfolio management practices. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies governing portfolio management activities. Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Knowledge

Significant experience in portfolio management within the banking or financial services sector. Demonstrated success in managing sophisticated investment portfolios, with a comprehensive understanding of financial markets.

Experience

Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of motivating and guiding a team towards achieving strategic objectives. Fluent in English, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for both verbal and written interactions. Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness. Proficient in the use of financial management systems (, GPDM, Clarity, Pioneer, Cognos) and familiar with IT requirements management processes. Deliver targeted investment performance and manage portfolio risks within agreed parameters. Ensure seamless implementation of portfolio strategies and projects, achieving deadlines and budget requirements. Sustain high levels of satisfaction among stakeholders through effective management and communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (, CFA) highly preferred. Proven experience in user requirement management in an IT environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements. Experience with requirement tracking tools and benefit realization frameworks. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
