Job Description

• Apply state-of-the-art large language models and information retrieval methods to
vertical industrial tasks, handling business and professional documents, improve
software development efficiency, etc.
• Evaluate different large-scale language models and optimization methods (tree of
thought, reinforcement learning on human feedback).
• Design web front-ends to enable a better user experience for applying large language
models
• Work with an international team of experts to transfer and apply the Bosch in-house AI
innovations and 3rd-party AI solutions to Bosch products and services of information
extraction, knowledge-rich assistance, question answering, and information retrieval, etc.

工作职责
• 研发基于各类大语言模型的垂直领域应用，例如处理专业文档，提高软件开发效率
等
• 负责针对细分业务场景的数据处理、模型微调、Prompt Tuning、Prompt
Engineering 等研发工作,适应场景需求,达到业务目标
• 参与大语言模型应用方案的设计及前端开发
• 与本地以及国际团队合作，建立与内部部门以及外部公司的合作

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in computer science or engineering
• 5+ years of experience in natural language processing, large language models including
fine-tuning & prompting, and related fields
• 3+ years of industrial experiences in relevant fields for applications
• Good communication and collaboration skills

要求：
• 本科或硕士学位，专业背景包括计算机科学、机器学习、人工智能或相关领域。
• 在大型语言模型的设计和开发方面有至少 5 年的实际经验，对主流大模型如 GPT
/LLaMA/GLM 等原理和差异有深入的理解，熟悉 Transformer 等开源训练架构，及
模型微调；
• 掌握各种 NLP 算法或文生图算法并对常用算法模型有实践经验；
• 出色的沟通和团队合作能力，能够有效与团队成员和非技术人员进行沟通。
• 具备优秀的问题发现、分析和解决能力，良好的业务理解能力。
• 目标导向，责任心强，有良好的沟通能力、大局观和团队协作意识。
• 有技术热情、较强的持续学习能力。
