The position
The Position: We are in search of a dedicated Local Project Manager (PM) for ADAS and AV deployment, eager to contribute to our mission in the heart of the automotive revolution. This role is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in challenging environments, demonstrates a strong commitment to execution, and possesses a profound background in the automotive industry, particularly in ADAS and autonomous driving technologies.Joining our team means you'll be immersed in a culture that fuses innovation with leadership and vision, working alongside a team that’s leading groundbreaking projects globally, including Mobileye’s Supervision and first Chauffeur (CAV). Key Responsibilities: •Serve as the liaison between Mobileye HQ, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers, ensuring clear communication and coordination.•Oversee the project lifecycle from conception to SOP, monitoring progress and facilitating inter-departmental collaboration for timely and within-budget delivery.•Streamline communication across stakeholders, offering strategic resolutions and risk mitigation strategies for project challenges.•Guide cross-functional teams in developing and rolling out advanced driving systems, emphasizing product innovation and quality.•Strengthen customer alliances by understanding and fulfilling their requirements, while maintaining continuous engagement. Qualifications: •. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.•Over 5 years of leadership experience in the automotive industry, especially in ADAS and AV projects.•Demonstrated skills in leading teams, stakeholder management, and customer engagement.•Proficient in problem-solving, strategic planning, and analytical thinking.•Hands-on experience with project management practices and system architecture processes.•Flexibility for domestic travel and adaptable work schedules.•Fluency in both English and Chinese is mandatory, encompassing verbal and written communication skills.
