Responsibilities 职责:
遵循公司核心价值，遵守公司的各项规章制度，在安全的前提下完成本岗位工作； 提升员工安全意识，及时将各种安全信息与员工沟通,做好安全检查，及时制止不安全行为，进行区域安全改善； 负责承包商的监督管理 进行区域操作风险识别及改善，回顾及改进TRA相关工作 完成部门安全COT，确保相关行动落实到位 规范供应商运输安全，确保安全的前提下完成装卸货作业，发现供应商相关安全问题及时反馈给采购 熟练掌握叉车、电动搬运车的操作 熟练掌握仓库的所有操作，IFS操作中仓库相关问题解决 每天到各仓库巡检，检查仓库运作是否正常，故障设施/设备开维修工单处理 监督指导仓库正确及时的收发货，按公司要求管理物资 定期检查各仓库记录的正确性及完整性 积极推动仓库区域的改进活动，每年至少领导1个仓库流程的优化项目 作业过程中发现任何安全和质量问题要立即纠正和报告主管，如受自身能力限制无法解决，要在第一时间寻求主管帮助 积极组织及参与安全、质量等事故调查，及帮助班组内的异常处理 按照5S标准制定相关主题并带领团队完成5S工作 根据要求准备和主持每日团队会议，与员工一起评估团队绩效，达成一致的改进行动； 负责对仓库员工的操作培训，包括新员工 协调仓库与其他部门的工作 完成上级合理安排的其他临时性任务
Qualifications 要求:
具三年以上仓库工作经历 认同公司核心价值观，具备良好的安全意识; 高中学历；大专以上学历或者仓库管理相关的证书优先； 有责任心，愿意学习新的技能 具备生产管理和人员管理经验优先 Interested in this opportunity?
