• College education background and above, major in pharmaceutical, management, Logistic, Statistical and other related area.
• Good English spoken and written.

Professional Experience专业经验:

• Above 5 years’ experience with warehouse management and/or logistics management
• Well-developed skills within SAP, ERP or other relevant system.

Main Job Tasks岗位职责:

Warehouse process owner and optimise workflow

• Perform value stream mapping and process analysis
• Get alignment among WH operation, QA and stakeholders
• Ensure that Kaizen and other improvements realised in one team are shared and implemented across all WH teams.

Super user of corporate IT system for WH/BS, including SAP, PAS-X, NNTZW and TMD

• Ensure STJ to meet KPIs of SAP and PAS-X
• Raise the remedy case for PS@SAP issues and solve the issues.
• Summary and report the problem and good practice via periodic meeting.
• Perform training for WH handlers
• Maintain WH master data for new items of material/products
• Trainer of PM module, performs training for all BS end users
• Apply the access and perform training for WH end users for NNTZW and TMD

Process responsible of process S2.04 and CS4.01 in STJ

• See process problems and improvement possibilities by setting process strategy
• Solve and handle signals by allocating necessary resources
• Develop the process by avoiding redundancy within the process description
• Document and approve global QualityDocs documents on level 2
• Ensure all Process Group Responsible are manned and trained in business process group
• Share process learnings systematically across business process group and review processes continuously

Training responsible for warehouse procedure

• Develop training system in warehouse
• Setup new and maintain existing courses for warehouse
• Plan and organise training for warehouse employees
• Qualifier trainer for training courses

GMP regulation analysis and compliance

• Continuously perform PC on critical compliance activities
• Ensure good practice is shared between 2 WH teams
• Identify gaps against regulation and initiate actions to fix

Global SOPs related warehouse and transportation implementation

• Understand all warehouse related global SOPs
• Identify local gaps against new/updated global SOPs.
• Initiate actions to fix local gaps and PC actions when needed to fulfil the requirements of global SOPs.
• Comment on potential changes on global SOPs

Coordinate Audit & inspection in warehouse

• Present own process during audit/inspection
• Guide audit/inspection tour on shop floor
• Coordinate with department fulfil audit/inspection request
• Warehouse main question answerer during audit & inspection

Participation and support in Warehouse related projects

• Coordinate process change and system update for warehouse
• Get alignment between warehouse team and project request.

Inputs on Change request for warehouse

• CR owner for warehouse project, construction and process optimization.
• SOP author group coordination
• Coordination of SME group, drive  sharing knowledge and alignment of process
• Present as site level SME for the cross area process

Warehouse project responsibility:

• Design warehouse process flow by involving operation team.
• Work as warehouse process responsible to develop automatic warehouse operation procedure (Cold & Ambient)
• Providing requirements to warehouse management system (WMS)
• Expert for SAP, PAS-X, NNTZW, etc.
• Contact window between project and warehouse operation team.
• Handling CR cases
• EHS relevant tasks for warehouse operation.
• Leading project validation activity like writing related files, driving CR,leading Pfv, etc.
