Objective of Job：
1. To ensure Production interest in NTL project in early phase, one should be overall responsible representative for the plant in the project, considering plant targets and strategies in the project.
2. To ensure successful NTL in plant phase, one should coordinate cross functional project team and drive actively launch & ramp up project management for production.
3. To ensure the robust ramp up for NTL, one should be expertized about MPS Launch System, drive NTL standardization locally and contribute innovation idea to MPS Launch System further development globally.
4. To ensure the qualification of production, one should have professional knowhow about new technology for new carline and guide production to arrange relevant training for workers and align with training center.
5. To get lessons learned, one should establish the interface to Lead Plants and ensure global exchange.
6. To enhance the maturity of product and process for new type launch, one should lead cross functional team, steer problem solving, track major issues, identify and escalate the risks on time.
7. To develop BBAC local launch expert, one should be responsible for coaching RLM team members internally and training cross functional team partners externally.
8. To enhance BBAC ramp up capability, one should ensure lessons learnt sharing among BBAC different plants, and initiate activities to strengthen production influence in project digital phase.
Main Task:
Project mgmt. for new type launch
1) Overall responsible for timeline management, risk management according to milestones in plant phase
2) Lead and steer cross-functional NTL meetings such as RRM, WRM regularly.
3) Track NTL KPI and initiate activities in case of deviation to target
4) Top management reports and presentation to introduce project status
New type launch standardization
1) Ensure the implementation of MPS Launch System at BBAC
2) Promote BBAC NTL standardization level
3) Lead NTL method training & practical training conduction
4) Contribute to global MPS launch system further development
Global exchange
1) Establish global exchange with lead plant / partner plants
2) Strengthen BBAC collaboration with global partners, drive cross functional team for product / process issue solving with lead plant lessons learnt
3) Centrally steer STA support for production shops
4) Overall representative as BBAC NTL interface to global top mgmt. NTL committees
Enhance product & process maturity
1) Lead product / process maturity increase activities (e.g. transparent vehicle)
2) Identify major risks and Initiate additional management activities to enhance product & process maturity
3) Steer problem solving process with issue tracking and escalation
Ensure Prod. Qualification
1) NTL professional product knowhow transfer to Production
2) Guide Production to define new type launch training plan
2) Track production training conduct according to plan
3) Ensure production workers % get qualified
Enhance BBAC ramp up capability
1) Coach RLM team engineers with MDS/MPS knowledge, skills for project mgmt. and PSP method & tools
2) Guide the project team following MPS Launch System and implement standard NTL process to promote ramp up efficiency and effectiveness
3) Ensure lessons learnt sharing among BBAC different plants (MFA/MRA SY)
4) Initiate activities to strengthen production influence in digital phase (e.g. series LL feedback to DBBK)
Education: University Degree or above (From -Engineering Universities of China or similar standards institutions overseas); Vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, etc. preferable
Experience: Work experience in MB or have project management work experience in plant environment, experience in production is preferred, work experience with foreign companies is preferred
Skill: Good computer skill and familiar with office software, fluent English; Low coding skill preferred
Know-how: have general knowledge about automobile production (basic process in Press/Body/Paint/Assembly)
