Objective 
1. Co-responsible for the NPP project digital VoCA audit and the relevant issue documentation and tracking.
2. Support the NPP project quality audit planning, audit conducting and co-steering of the Zeus meetings to push the overall maturity improvement in B-phase.


Main Tasks
1. NPP project digital VoCA audit
- Support the data maturity checking.
- Documentation, report, support the presentation

2. NPP project hardware BF-phase quality audit 
- Responsible for the cooperation activities with QM Q-sensors

3. NPP project hardware BF-phase quality audit (incl. Workshop)
- Daily quality audit plan tracking.
- Issue assignment and alignment with corresponding dept.

4. NPP project product maturity ramp-up
- Support the issue tracking and problem-solving process control

5. 
-Knowledge and standardization transfer between GER & CN 
-Global network exchange on project 

Qualifikationen

• Master and above degree, with Engineering background.
• R&D and Quality Management experience, digital phase product evaluation (e.g. Engineering Client, DIALOG) and hardware quality audit loops.
• Quality Management knowledge. 
• English mandatory and German basic.
• Organization and moderation skills.
• Good communication and project coordination skills. 
• Have Quality Management experience, at least knowledge about the component development or industrialization process.
• Overview of the Mercedes-Benz Production system is a plus.
