We're looking for a passionate and experienced Associate Creative Director to guide, inspire and lead the art team in China, to develop fresh and creative digital content, campaign ideas and enhance the team's overall performance.

As the Associate Creative Director, you will:

Deeply participate in the digital campaign strategies for luxury social media;深度参与奢侈品社交媒体数字活动策略的制定;
Drive the creation and implementation of campaign concepts, ensuring they are in line with brand goals;推动活动概念的创作和实施,确保其与品牌目标一致;
Conduct presentations to clients, articulate creative ideas effectively.向客户进行创意方案阐述,有效传达创意理念。
Team management
团队管理 Under the supervision of the Group Creative Director, lead a design team of 8-10 people, manage tasks and resource allocation;在创意群总监的指导下,领导8-10人的设计团队,管理任务和资源分配; Lead important pitches and oversee key client's retainer content;主导重要的投标和关键客户的日常内容; Guide team members on daily output as well as provide mentorship for their career growth;指导团队成员的日常产出,并为他们的职业发展提供指导和培养; Build a trusted relationship with the copy and account teams to achieve efficient cross-team collaboration;与文案和客户团队建立信任关系,以实现跨团队的高效协作; Lead internal brainstorming and review sessions as part of team management responsibilities.作为团队管理的一部分,主持内部头脑风暴和复盘会议。
REQUIREMENTS
任职要求 A critical thinker with fresh ideas, able to develop concepts as well as hands-on for delivery拥有批判性思维和前沿创意,既可以产出概念,又擅长实际交付 Excellent team management skills (task management, resource management, team mentorship)出色的团队管理技能(任务管理、资源管理、团队指导) Chinese native, proficient in English中文母语,英语可以作为工作语言 At least 8-10 years of experience in creative roles at digital-focused agencies, experience in the luxury field is strongly preferred在数字广告公司担任创意类职位至少8-10年,具有奢侈品领域经验者优先 Self-motivated, with people management experience自我驱动,有人员管理经验 Hardworking and results-driven勤奋敬业,注重业绩
