Job Description HA &EA evaluate all safety risk from source, process confirmation to check the deviation and quick react to correction, safety training to enhance safety mindset, knowledge and lessons learn Execution BPS 14Q basic to ensure product quality improvement, quality problem solving methodology to quick react problems. Shopfloor cost(tooling, maintenance, outsourcing, consumption, etc.) reduction, BPS 7 major wastes to eliminate wastes from source, make, and delivery, people competence enabling execution standard work and process optimization to improve work efficiency. Capacity management(people, machine, space, skill, etc.), flexibility strategy planning to fulfill market and customer demand forecast, require LOG &PJM for short term and long term forecast planning, link with outsourcing strategy to ensure customer delivery. Execution BPS DLR to ensure SQCD achievement, KPI break down to deploy target to responsible role, CIP projects and activities to drive continuously improve for value stream operational excellence.

Qualifications

College in mechanical or equivalent Experience in a Manufacturing team leadership role > 3 years (team > 30HC), Add-on: ETO, Hydraulic background Familiar with Manufacturing process and Manufacturing technology Local language skill, add-on: English language write and speak Strong Communication & Presentation skills Problem solving competence, familiar with methodology(5why, PPS, 8D etc.) Responsibility(ownership), passion, collaboration
