Consulting Manager

As a manager, you will be responsible for translating client’s needs and expectation into projects. Lead project execution with successful outcome. Key responsibilities are:
Analyze client challenges, design and implement effective solutions to bring real-world value to clients.Engage and manage key stakeholders to ensure client’s expectations are fully met.Manage and enhance relationship with clients, with the objective of positioning the company as a trusted partnerWork with Principals in developing new business leads and opportunities to grow the business. Proactively identify issues and risks, examine alternatives, and pursue the optimal course of actions to minimize adverse impact and maximize project success.Lead and direct junior resources and oversee the quality of the project delivery.You have rich hands-on operation management or management consulting experience.You are able to develop new business and to manage complex engagements from end to end.You demonstrate deep knowledge in relevant industries or subject matters and are able to leverage it externally.You have the ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives.You have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.-
