Product Manager (Trainee)

What challenges can you expect?

Develop and implement the product strategy in line with the company's overall business goals and market trends. Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing product offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product initiatives with company strategies and objectives. Assist in managing the product development lifecycle from concept to market launch. Monitor product performance and market acceptance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement. Responsible for the success of assigned products, including market performance, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives. Ensure timely delivery of product updates and new product launches in accordance with business plans.

What do we expect from you?

A Master's or Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field. Certifications in product management or related disciplines are a plus. Fluency in English for effective communication in a multicultural work environment. Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.  Previous internship or experience in product management or a related role within the power industry. Technical skills in product design and development tools, such as CAD software. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve complex problems. Leadership potential to guide and motivate cross-functional teams. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
