2023年汇丰集团在中国内地市场同步启动大财富矩阵，拥抱历史性机遇；并于2023年7月取得’证券投资基金业务‘资格，由此成为目前第5家拥有基金销售牌照的保险经纪公司。作为内地唯一拥有商业银行、保险、基金、证券、金融科技等业务实体的国际金融机构，汇丰集团“大财富管理矩阵”策略旨在整合汇丰旗下机构在内地的渠道、产品、服务和技术。在“大财富管理矩阵”中，财富规划师能成就“全方面财富规划”，为客户一对一量身定制，包括：

厘清客户需求，搭建财富金字塔 匹配保障性底层资产：健康保障，规划传承 配置权益性流动资产：精选优质基金, 多元配置 动态优化资产配置建议

工作职责

主要工作包括：

1.服务于高净值个人客户，运用财富规划理念及数字工具，为高净值客户提供专业全面、量身打造的投资及保险等全球资产配置服务，包括但不限于保障、储蓄、投资、子女教育、退休计划等；

2.代理销售各类公私募基金产品，产品类型将覆盖市场主流的货币类、债券类、混合类、权益类产品；为客户提供基金+保险的全面产品解决方案。

3.通过高端市场活动，与客户保持良好的沟通与服务跟踪；

4.通过专业服务，为客户一对一量身定制财富规划，不断提高客户满意度；

5.确保个人与团队活动遵守相关法律法规的要求，且符合汇丰的标准和规程。

Requirements

任职要求

1.本科或以上学历，财务、商业或相关专业。

2.3年以上金融销售和财富管理行业者

3.善于沟通，较强的人际交往能力及表达能力

4.积极进取，有自律意识，能高效和独立地工作

5.有事业心，具备创业精神及商业思维

6.具备较强的中文口头及书面沟通能力

7.具有基金从业资格、国际金融理财师（CFP）或相关证书（AFP，EFP，CFA等）者优先考虑
