LOCATION

This position is located at our property Amanyangyun in Shanghai.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for but not limited to:

Fair and honest, never committing illegalities for personal gains; does not compromise on doing what is right and true regardless of circumstances. Interact with team members/guests in a helpful and cheerful way. Proactive in dealing with guests’/members requests and complaints so as to create a pleasant & supportive work environment. Willingness to participate as a full member of a team of which you are not necessarily the leader, effective contributor even when team is working on something of no direct personal interest. Seek to involve others with a "Can-do" attitude, does not act as a loner, enjoys working in a team and is a productive contributor.
QUALIFICATIONS

1 years at least of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Good communication and writing skills. Problem solving, analyzing, reasoning, organizational and execution abilities.
