Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage implementation projects or smaller DC improvement initiatives, in alignment with regional and/ or global overall project or program mgmt.
  • Develop project plans and workstream timelines for implementation on DC-level.
  • Manage and track project progress and exceptions and coordinate across all involved stakeholders within the DC and report to regional/ global project management. Manage and solve project issues and risks.
  • Hand-over to operational teams after finalization of implementation in time and at targeted quality.
  • Support implementation of renewals/ replacements of MHEs in DC, incl. goods flow and end-to-end DC processes.
  • Closely collaborate with Rollout team both for test execution of new solutions and training of local resources.
  • Support DC UAT, simulation, and issue resolution in alignment with the Program Management and Test & Roll-Out team.

  • You have 5+ years’ relevant experience from SCM, logistics, DC, or project replated with proven leadership experience.
  • You have strong project execution, project management, planning, and risk management skills.
  • You have deep understanding of project implementation approaches, methods, and toolboxes.
  • You have solid understanding of relevant Logistics projects & initiatives as well as DC operations across functions.
  • You have strong communication & coordination skills.
  • You have strong ability to engage and collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • You have holistic view for the bigger perspective with a visionary approach.
  • You have ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation, and people development by empowering others.
  • You have agile mindset, positive attitude to change & meaningful growth.
