Senior Local Distribution Planner

MISSION STATEMENT:
Play a pivotal role in optimizing distribution operations and ensuring the availability of Bulgari's products.
Implement planning strategy by optimizing stock availability, ensuring timely & accurate replenishment and rebalancing.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
1.Forecasting and Planning:
Analyze market trends, store demands and historical data to forecast the demand for all BUs. Develop and maintain demand forecasts for different product categories and market segments. Provide Central planning with constant feedback on Target Stock Levels.2.Inventory Management:
Monitor Target Stock Level update and ensure stock availability across distribution channels. Plan and execute replenishment strategies & rebalancing to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. Perform analysis on stock levels and stock quality (classification, category, stock type, etc)3.Distribution Network Optimization:
Update local Customer Service team on product master file update and stock availability. Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective product deliveries. Monitor and manage material assortment and inventory levels at warehouses.4.Sales and Operations Planning:
Ensure timely management of spot orders requests to define appropriate actions and ensure service level. Coordinate product launches, promotions, market events with merchandisers and sales teams. Participate in S&OP meetings to review performance and make necessary adjustments.5.Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics and share the information to related teams.. Provide insights and recommendations to management for data-driven decision-making. Identify areas for improvement and implement continuous process enhancements.6.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, merchandisers, logistics and finance to ensure proper planning execution. Act as contact point towards the merchandiser for product strategy, orders status, stock availability etc.•Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide input on distribution-related matters.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Languages: Fluent in both Chinese and English
Professional experience & know how: 5 years in distribution planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations, preferably in the luxury or retail industry
Technical & management skills:
