About The Role

Currie and Brown are looking for a Director of Programme Management to join our established but growing team in Shanghai. In this role you will have responsibility for the delivery of a range of progrmmes for clients and will be responsible for the tendering and business development processes. Managing a team and your own P&L will see you grow and develop the service line further and is a fabulous career opportunity. For this role we will consider experienced candidates at Director or Associate Director level willing to relocate internationally for the opportunity. Roles and ResponsibilitiesAct as project single point of contact to our client with support from account
leader and sector leader.
Provide advice, information and co ordinate with client’s cross functional
business units and partners on retail development prioritization and needed
supports.
Develop solutions, program and project management methodologies, standards,
tools and trainings for the project teams based on the client’s target including
removing roadblocks imposed by new legislation changes from governmental
entities.
Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports and client’s teams. Lead and
motivate the project delivery team towards excellence in service delivery. And
manage staff satisfaction and turnover rate.
Manage cash collection of assigned account(s), identify cross sell opportunities
to capture addition revenue and nurture development of repeat sales through
service excellence
Provides training to project managers to increase their competencies in key
knowledge areas of project management, including project integration, scope and
time management, and management of costs, quality, human resources,
communications, risk and procurement.
Qualification

1、Bachelor degree or above, Major in engineering or project management.
2、10+ years working experience in in Retail Banking, Real Estates.
3、Broad range of project management experience in green field, mixed--use use developments with international and domestic clients/ organizations.
4、Be able to adopt and implement change according to company business plan
5、Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with good understanding in design and construction
6、Good English/ Chinese communication skill, both spoken and written as well as Good English/ Chinese communication skill, both spoken and written as well as negotiation skills to obtain alignment and support from cross negotiation skills to obtain alignment and support from cross--functional units within client’s organization.
