Role Responsibilities

Job Role

Talent Development and Training team plays a key role in providing the talent development strategy to help drive the rapid business growth and people focused culture in Affluent. Provide systematic talent development plan and identify the training needs to support business development strategy. The role is critical to ensure quality of training programmes, bringing new training techniques and introducing effective learning solution to the organization. Enable continuous training to key population, frontline and people managers, coordinate with other SMEs to formulates specific training programmes.

Strategy

Follow Affluent business strategy on people development, take responsibility on talent development, people managers management and leadership improvement and sales enablement. Support and implement the people agendas follow Group business and model appropriate to the role.

Business

Observe, harvest and analysis business learning needs and people development requirements, shaping existing training interventions and design new training program or workshop for special requirements. Provide Classroom on site facilitation, training agenda and logistic coordination based on business learning needs on NTB sales foundation training, people managers workshop, etc.

Processes

Support to manage frontline salespersons training and certification quality, enhance E2E process and tools to complement training delivery whereas applicable. Keep logistic and training administration under ROTE requirements and standards.

People and Talent

Work with business leaders in formulating / designing / driving learning and development roadmap, reviewing training needs analysis, and deploying the best learning solution to maximize the transfer of learning to the business whereas applicable. Fulfil business strategy on people agendas on both individual contributors and people managers.

This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment]. Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.
