Job Summary

Business analysis Fin-Tech area like Core Banking is strongly preferred, English good Cloud and SQL

The role will sit in the engineering space and the person will play a key role implementing code across the banking stack, primarily focused on our microservice based platforms and solutions of Core Banking. Therefore, we are seeking a skilled and experienced professional who has worked in financial organizations and fintech's or start-ups.

The role itself is wide ranging and challenging as you will be working with other senior developers and architects to build a market-leading solution. You will be responsible for building and testing backend components, working with the DevOps, domain teams as well as integrating with external systems. The successful candidate will need to liaise with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate these into solutions.

Requirements:

Analyzing and validating business requirements, translating them into technical specifications/requirements.

Evaluating Thought Machine Vault core platform changes versus business requests.

Implementing Python smart contract code based on client requirements.

Collaborating with stakeholders to gain a deep technical understanding of core banking and associated roadmaps.

Prioritizing and managing backlog and sprint planning.

Conducting, troubleshooting and management on technical issues related to the smart contracts and the Vault core platform.

Participating in testing, release cycles, and QA processes relevant to platform and smart contract deployments.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of core banking systems and payment processing is beneficial.

Familiarity with banking industry practices and regulations is a plus.

Experience working with financial institutions or fintech companies is advantageous.

Understanding of software development methodologies in the banking or payment domain is desirable.

Familiarity with Agile project management principles is a plus.
