职务描述

关键职责：

商品事宜

负责商品日常管理，以正确、专业的方式处理商品相关事宜，充分理解并执行相关的标准作业程序;

主导盘点工作，确保每天、每月、每季、每年及时准确盘点；

负责日常售后服务专员运营（CASS）；与工作坊联络，始终确保顾客获得优质体验；

作为主要利益攸关者，为精品店员工提供售后服务专员运营（CASS）或商品维护方面的培训或指导；

支持物流、分拨中心、售后服务专员运营（CASS）团队处理任何店铺运营相关问题；

支持MOL管理。

运营和合规管理

作为主要利益攸关者，与首席经理和运营经理密切合作，监督运营标准作业程序的执行情况，确保合规，并进一步推动运营绩效优化；

与跨职能团队合作，在精品店层面实施新项目；

识别机会，进一步制定行动计划，以推动卓越运营；

与内部的企业风险管理和运营团队密切合作，强化合规政策和程序。

行政及其他事务

负责收集和管理非销售材料订单；

精品店日常运营文件的归档管理；

任何其他行政相关事务。

我们希望您：

至少5年零售行业丰富运营经验，有奢侈品行业经验为佳；

熟练掌握标准作业程序和政策；

采用系统化的工作方法，工作有条理；

注重细节，态度乐观，积极主动；

具备卓越的观察能力和解决问题的能力。
