For our SRE team, we are looking fora Head of EHS Siemens Real Estate China to help us drive Siemens SRE within Siemens and beyond.You will lead a team of EHS Officer’s located at various locations in China. Weare a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.
You'll make an impact by
Reports to Head of SRE AP CN as well as Head of SRE EHS. Serves as key contact for all real estate related EHS matters in corporate country CN. Collaborates with Head of SRE AP CN, SRE management team and other support functions and services as well as all relevant interfaces globally to achieve the EHS policy objectives. Adapts, promotes, and implements global EHS programs/ initiatives and monitors their effectiveness. Contributes to/supports/leads projects of Global SRE EHS Roadmap. Ensures an adequate competence management and training system for EHS-related competences. Ensures SRE EHS contribution to the EHS Management System and drives continuous improvement for the Country organization. Plans, implements, and follows up the site audit/assessment/inspections program of construction and maintenance projects as well as FM/FS activities. Ensures that applicable statutory requirements are identified and complied with. Contributes to analyzing stakeholder EHS requirements. Ensures implementation of EHS related risk management in processes and projects. Ensures and controls EHS related reporting as to local and Siemens requirements. Ensures adequate EHS related communication towards internal & external stakeholder/ authorities. Provides a forum for practice sharing amongst EHS practitioners across organizational units. Applies and verifies implementation of ISO principles and requirements. Supports others in the use of EHS guidelines, instructions, practices and processes.Your defining qualities
Has deep knowledge about applicable requirements and regulations in a broad range of EHS topic areas and knows when and which EHS experts need to be called in. Able to Supports RE Project Managers with implementation of relevant EHS guidelines and be familiar with regional and Siemens regulations for Fire safety and Environmental Protection. Good Understands of the processes behind the tool and is able to coach or train others. Expert in EHS Assessments of RAM and LM-Organization including frequent inspections of construction sites and locations. Has experience as lead auditor with good oral English will be preferred. Advanced Incident & crisis Management skills. Strong cross functional communication skills and team player. Experience in developing and presenting of training concepts.You'll benefit from
