Description of task
1. Leading site facilities team to ensure daily facilities service
•To ensure utilities supplying meeting technical requirement
•To ensure administration service meeting specification
•To ensure security service according to site security concept
•To manage the daily maintenance/modification activities following regulations
•To ensure daily waste management following regulations
2. Organization development and process optimization
•To manage team efficiency and work performance
•To conduct CptM measures and continuously improving people competence
•To find processes optimization opportunities and standardization
3. Supporting RM strategies
•Synchronization opportunities with other sites RMx
•Supporting CoC and site processes/practice standardization
•Supporting IFM activities
4. Supporting site business development
•Facilities project management according customers requirement
•Technical consulting to meet customers requirement
•Specified service for customers according to the requirement
5. Governance for the activities compliance with regulations
•Ensure ISO /// addressed in RMN area
•Conduct measures to ensure all activities fully compliance with internal/external regulations, e.g. safety, fire prevention, code of conduct, security, etc.
•Conduct regular governance activities according to requirements
6.Department KPIs management
•Conduct cost saving, energy conservation measures to ensure relevant KPIs achieved
•Regular check KPIs and conduct necessary measures to ensure the achievement
•Conduct measures to improve cost/labor efficiency
7. Site risks management
•Responsible for site EPO representative in facilities area with relevant tasks
•Site security risk assessment and security concept management
•Site classification
Qualifications required
1.Eduation
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, or facilities/real estate management
2.Experience
15 years+ working experience of facilities/real estate management and 8 years+ facilities or real estate
department head experience in sizable foreign owned manufacturing enterprises.
3.Specific knowledge
•Overall facilities management knowledge(both hard service and soft service)
•Legal knowledge in building construction, safety, environment, energy, labor, etc. area
•General finance knowledge for business operation
•Organization development and people management knowledge
•Project management knowledge
•ISO management system knowledge: , , , , (BCM, preferred)
•General production organization relevant knowledge: BPS, VSM, etc.
•General knowledge of government organization structure setting, functions allocation, and work flow
•General knowledge of BOSCH GR & CSE & CAU (organization, CDs)
