强烈的客户导向意识，快速响应和处理客户质量问题；Strong customer orientation, quickly respond and handle customer quality issues； 建立BCMC ML 质量管理体系，并不断优化，确保符合体系要求；Establishment and optimization of Quality management system to ensure that ISO9001 is valid and effective； 与采购团队共同优化供应商质量管理流程；By working with sourcing team, optimize supplier quality management process； 负责BCMC ML CC/IC管理相关工作以及内部NCR管理；Be responsible for CC/IC management and internal NCR management； 充分分析和挖掘内外部质量数据，利用8D工具进行质量持续改善; Fully and deep dive all quality data, implement continuous improvement through 8D tools; 其他领导安排的工作事项。Other tasks assigned by manager. 本科学历，具有机械工程背景，掌握通用的机械，气动和电子知识；Bachelor degree.
