Modernization Account Manager

岗位职责:
1) 收集分公司的外部市场环境、当地法律法规要求、竞争对手情况,协助更新改造销售经理制定符合分公司更新改造业务发展的策略;
2) 全面深入挖掘,了解,跟进市场上具备影响力及广告效应的MOD大金额项目和标杆项目(商业及公建项目),同时为公司创造利润增长点,推进MOD改造新产品及大项目和大客户的销售。
3) 定期向部门经理详细汇报项目进程,制定项目运作方案;
4) 与公司内部维修保养团队充分合作,推动公司品牌电梯的潜在更新改造销售机会;
5) 负责开拓专业和多样性的MOD业务销售渠道,提升市场覆盖率;
6) 收集竞争对手情况,及时反馈到总部,推进总部产品和政策优化;
7) 更新改造业务的的销售谈判提供足够、必要的支持,负责对于各个分公司销售培训,产品培训,大项目支持;
8) 负责分公司MOD业务的协调、跟踪排产、发运、完工与收款;
任职资格:
1)本科及以上学历,机械工程、机电工程类专业优先。
2)良好的沟通技巧和销售管理能力,能熟练使用电脑办公软件。
3)相关销售业务管理从业经验5年以上,有成熟商业办公楼/酒店/医院/地铁等类型项目MOD改造经验者优先。
