Job Description

The main missions of the role are角色主要职责和任务:

项目定点前组织供应商与工程人员完成技术要求ｒｅｖｉｅｗ，签订TFC 与采购员共同完成供应商风险评估. 同采购员完成供应商质量协议签订 组织供应商定点后的启动会议 按照APQP开展相应项目工作. 与供应商每周一次例会确认项目开发，工程变更，产品质量问题优化等进度； 项目重要节点前组织供应商大会，邀请BMW客户一同参加以确保 BMW客户，佛吉亚，供应商 信息保持一致； 供应商交付前的buy-off 审核，确认产品版本，实物质量满足相应项目阶段要求； 与BMW客户一同完成供应商ｐｒｅ－ＰＺＳ　＆　ＰＺＳ　审核； 项目过程中问题点的跟踪，推动，协调，解决； 红区（隔离区）内不合格品返货给供应商，直至供应商合格零件的替换、出库、关闭； 遵守IATF 、ISO&OHS、集团FES（佛吉亚卓越体系）及顾客相关要求及公司管理规章制度； 对本岗位范围内的质量、健康/安全/环境工作负责。 Organize suppliers and engineers to complete the technical requirements review before the project is appointed, and sign TFC._ Complete the supplier risk assessment together with the purchaser Risk assessment._ Complete the supplier quality agreement with the purchaser and sign Quality Commitment Organize the start-up meeting after the supplier is appointed._ Carry out corresponding project work in accordance with APQP Confirm the progress of project development, engineering changes, product quality problem optimization, etc. in a weekly meeting with the supplier._ Organize a supplier conference before the important node of the project and invite BMW customers to participate to ensure that the information of BMW customers, Faurecia, and suppliers are consistent The supplier’s buy-off audit before delivery to confirm the product version and the physical quality meets the requirements of the corresponding project stage Attend to the functional team for red bin judgment._ Complete supplier pre-PＺＳ　＆　PＺＳ　audit together with BMW customers Comply with IATF, ISO &OHS , FES, requirement of customer and Faurecia management regulation Responsible for Quality, Healthy, Safety and environment in working._ 遵守公司各项HSE规定，遵守作业指导书要求，服从管理人员的管理，未经授权和培训禁止操作相应机器； 参加公司组织的各项培训，认真学习，确认理解并遵守； 按照要求佩戴PPE劳保用品，爱护并维护； 按照要求进行每班开班前安全装置首件检查，经班长签字确认才能开班生产，遇到有安全问题的机器，立即停止并汇报上级； 清楚应急围堵小车的使用方法，及时围堵现场的不安全状态并且报告； 遇到火灾，地震等紧急情况，及时撤离到公司制定的安全集合点； 有权拒绝违章指挥，对其他不安全作业和行为及时制止，并报告；

发生事故或者Nearmiss及时报告上级，配合事故调查；

Qualifications 任职要求

The ideal candidate will have/be理想候选人需要具备的:

Minimum education level最低教育水平要求: 本科及以上 Bachelor degree or above _

Experience经验 :

5年以上汽车制造行业工作经验; 3年以上质量管理工作经验； 5years above automobile industry work experience; 3 years above in quality management work experience.

Skills and competencies技术和能力:

在工业环境有3到5年的工作经验（最理想是汽车工业环境） 对质量工程技术的深入了解 熟悉项目标准，工具和方法 较强的达到客户满意度的能力 至少掌握两种语言（必须掌握英语） 良好的沟通能力和人际关系能力 熟悉了解5大工具内容和应用 In-depth knowledge of quality engineering techniques Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods Strong Customer satisfaction orientation Minimum bi-lingual (English required) Above average communication skills and interpersonal skills Familiar with 5 tools and applications
