The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is looking for Hotel Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

Responsibilities

Hotel Manager to have oversight of areas to include:
•Senior Leadership capabilities overseeing operations of the hotel
•Strong focus on people development
•Proven track record and preferably from F&B background

*Previous work experience in a large scale, multi outlet operation
•Business savviness and owner relationship management
•Strong focus on service, guest experience and eye for detail

•Ability to develop and mentor managers

•Quick adaptability to take on a busy hotel team
•Manage a team with strong leadership skills
•Quickly establish an immediate personal rapport with all stakeholders including ownership group

•Balance top quality product/service – strong focus on guest engagement
•Drive innovation through personal involvement and engagement with relevant divisions
Profit
•Innovative/aggressive revenue generation, seek new opportunities to generate revenue
•Focus on cost management and labor productivity across all operating divisions
 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

1. China work experience is preferred.

2. Chinese language proficiency is preferred
