Responsibilities:

KEY RESULT AREAS :

Growing sales, customers and profitability in line with company expectation.

Provide excellent customer service and quality products to customers.

Identify new markets opportunities( application & customer) in north China.

Conduct market survey and competitive analysis to establish sound annual and long-range objectives.

Work with distributors, dealers and agents.

To comply with Freudenberg regulations on Safety, Environmental protection and Occupation health.

Qualifications:

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS :

A degree inChemistry, Chemical Engineering or Polymer, Business Administration from an established University.

At least three years of sales experience in specialty chemicals and/or at least three years technical or production experience in the Polyurethane related manufacturing environment.

Proven skills at troubleshooting in the field, and hands-on engineering experience.Good spoken and written English.

 A team builder.
