Area Sales Manager

Faststream Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a Marine service provider to identify, attract and engage an experienced Area Sales Manager to their team in China, Zhoushan.
The role involves developing and executing service sales and business development strategies, expanding existing segments, and introducing new service products.
The position requires performing sales visits, developing new accounts, and implementing strategies to increase market shares in the Marine and offshore segments.
Additional responsibilities include proposing new services, assisting in setting up sales strategies, coordinating with other departments for project implementation, and ensuring compliance with ethics, safety, and environmental policies.
Demonstrated measurable results in achieving sales improvements in the marine/stationary industry and a thorough understanding of continuous improvement concepts are crucial.
