Your responsibilities:

You will lead the assigned sales team to achieve the overall budgeted business targets and lead the sales team to align the whole marketing & sales operation policy and procedure.  You will facilitate and manage the collaboration between various stakeholders, e.g. sales team & LBU/JV factories, etc.  You will ensure the living Group’s core values of safety and integrity of the sales team.  You will involve in team management and people development.  Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity means taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background:

Bachelor / master's degree in engineering related major, especially in power, automation or electric, MBA related as plus.  8+ years sales and 3+ years sales team management experience.  Strong leadership, frustration threshold & business results driven.  Team management and people development experience.  Adapt to frequent travel.  Good English & MS Office skills.
