Job Description

Work closely with PR Project Manager/ Assistant PR Project Manager to develop communications strategies and calendar for campaigns and projects Assist PR Project Manager/ Assistant PR Project Manager on planning and execution of fashion projects and events Collaborate with global communications team on localization and alignment of global projects localization and execution Create PR content for local communications materials including press release, collection text, briefing book, interview Q&A, message bank, etc. Establish and maintain relationships with fashion media, influencers, stylists, and celebrity agents Identify potential opportunities of media editorial coverage and shootings, and continuously expand local media database Coordinate influencer collaboration and seeding, including identification of influencers, content review, timeline management, sample arrangement and results follow up Handle sample loans in accordance with editorial needs and requests from media, influencers and stylists Proactively contacting journalists, influencers and stylists to offer samples fitting their upcoming editorial themes Assist in maintaining and developing the relationships with fashion journalists, influencers and stylists in the market Support on PR events planning, onsite execution and quality control Source and identify together with PR Project Manager on potential collaboration partners, and carry out planning and execution of the collaboration projects Coordinate with third party agencies on briefing, timeline management, deliveries follow-up, etc. Closely work with internal functions and stakeholders on projects alignment Always keep up to date with the latest trends and keep an eye on the competitors on the market Assist in tracking the fashion magazines editorial calendars/monthly themes for each season Manage the monitoring of media and social clippings and project reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Minimum 1-2 years working experience of PR role in multinational retailing company or PR agency, fashion industry experience is a plus Experience in handling media and influencer relations Outstanding communication and writing skills in both Mandarin and English Good skill for presentations and all Microsoft Office programs A fashion lover High level of team spirit Hands on, willing to learn and set high working standards
