Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Anaplan with 5-7 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years as an Anaplan Analyst or Product Owner. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with finance teams and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anaplan Model Building: Utilize Anaplan Model Builder Level 2 (required) and Level 3 (desired) certifications to develop and optimize Anaplan models.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document user needs and requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage multi-faceted projects, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and solve complex problems, taking initiative to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with peers and finance teams, acting as a thought partner to develop the best strategies and solutions.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively addressing customer needs and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years as an Anaplan Analyst or Product Owner.
  • Certification: Anaplan Model Builder Level 2 (required); Level 3 (desired).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in gathering, interpreting, and documenting user requirements.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to quickly grasp new requirements, technologies, tools, and concepts.
    • Proficient in agile methodologies.
    • Experience working with finance teams is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Finance Experience: Prior experience working with finance teams to implement and optimize financial planning solutions.
  • Advanced Certification: Anaplan Model Builder Level 3 certification.
