Area CHB Product Manager

Purpose of the role
The CHB Product Manager drives the CHB service delivery within their area, working with commercial and operations teams to drive growth and meet customer expectations. Responsible for share up to date CHB knowledge to internal stakeholders & customers and provides CHB expertise into the commercial process.

Key Responsibilities
Drive area service delivery and growth
Identifies customer needs and pain points which can be addressed by the product idea Optimize internal CHB working process as well as interface with customers & vendors Define growth/segmentation opportunities Support SAL for CHB tender preparation and customer solution design Provide training and coaching on CHB regulations & operations to internal stakeholders Support Area CHB Strategy and Direction Setting Define and effectively communicate value propositionsLead area training
Develop local content for product training Provide training to area sales employees including training for new hires and ongoing training requires to ensure up-to-date product knowledgeSupport product development and improvement
Develop CHB service network pan China Define CHB tariffs with competitive level Expand product scope to consult service Collaborate with other internal product teams to develop bundled, tailored solutions for customersWho We Are Looking For
8-10 years working experience in customs filed Both Freight forwarder/Customs broker and MNC background Familiar with both Customs & CIQ clearance process as well as relevant policies Knowledge of HS classification, valuation, FTA rules and bonded operations, etc. Translates customer needs and business opportunities into solutions Smooth internal/external communication skill and presentation Customer centricity and willingness to actively meet with key clients Experience managing a P&LWe have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
