Job Description

You contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by supporting the Regions developing and implementing strategies that connect the brand with its target audience, omni channel.

You own the “OnePlan” and you are responsible for designing, developing and implementing strategic plans to connect with target audiences effectively and efficiently across the full customer journey, based on the relationship phases and all paid, owned and earned channels.

You will enable and secure cross-functionally to ensure that the consumer/customer plan is approached and implemented across the full customer journey, maximizing all channels & touchpoints to create a holistic consumer and customer experience and to meet our goals.

Holistic Consumer Journey Design

Receive in-depth research to identify the target audience's preferences, behaviour, and communication needs.  Own the “One Plan” and manage the holistic strategy and derive strategic initiatives and campaigns/activations to secure fulfilment of the plan and goals.  Design detailed customer strategies and plans across the full consumer journey for the region and sales markets, considering the regional strategies and goals, using the Relationship Phases as the framework.  Work closely with the guidelines from Brand to secure the content needs for the communication and activation plans.  Lead the orchestration of all paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand message.  Assure a seamless and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints, whether online or in-store, to create a unified consumer journey across the relationship phases.  Design and own comprehensive communication planning that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This includes the selection of channels (digital, social media, print, in-store, etc.) and the messaging framework, using global guidelines and frameworks.

Cross-functional collaboration

Drive seamless cooperation with internal teams to plan holistic touchpoints and ensure optimal channel allocation to maximize efficient impact.  Be highly aligned with the media, PR and content operation teams to guarantee excellent delivery and implementation of plans.  Work closely with the global Connection Planning team to provide input and feedback and ensure strategy and planning aligns.  Be highly aligned with the omni sales team and global to ensure alignment of messaging and a cohesive plan.

Performance Monitoring

Design and drive a meaningful KPIs monitoring and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Make data driven adjustments to improve results.  Deliver performance results to the Omni Sales Team on a regular basis

Qualifications

University degree in media, marketing, brand or relevant 7+ years in a marketing/media/comms planning role Knowledge, skills and interest in business and customer marketing Strong data management skills – analytical, structured, ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions. Strong strategic and holistic thinking, with the ability to transform into plans and execution. Leadership capabilities and communicational skills to get your message across Expertise in media planning and media strategy. Expertise of owned and earned media channels. Expertise in content strategy. Strong experience in measuring, understanding and managing marketing KPIs. E-commerce or marketing experience is highly meriting. Experience from working omni is highly meriting. Experience in a comms planning (or similar) role is mandatory.
