You’ll make an impact by

Reporting / data consolidation and analysis 报表数据的整理及分析 SAP process operation (mater data creation/maintenance, billing, actual cost booking, report checking, etc.) SAP流程操作（主数据创建维护，开具发票，实际费用入账，报告核查等） Participation in/coordination of monthly closing 参与/协调月度结账 Prepare commercial reports 准备相关商务报表 Payment documents preparation, monitoring customer payment schedule, and account receivables following up 付款文件的准备及跟踪, 跟进客户付款计划，应收账款追踪 Budgeting and forecast for department key financial figures 部门关键财务数据的预算和预测 Branches annual report and license update 分公司的年报及证照变更 Other tasks assigned by supervisor 领导分派的其他任务

Your defining qualities

Bachelor or above, major in Accounting/ Finance is preferred 本科以上学历，会计及财务相关专业者优先； in English listening, speaking, reading and writing ； 5 years above working experience in finance area 五年以上商务或财务相关行业的工作经验； Good Microsoft Office software skill (especially Excel & Powerpoint; better to know SAP and PowerBI) 熟练运用办公软件，尤其是Excel及Powerpoint，熟知SAP及 PowerBI 为佳； Be earnest, stable and initiative, good communication and strong learning ability 工作认真，积极主动有稳定性，良好的沟通和学习能力； With basic IT skills or PM experience is priority 具有IT技能或项目管理经验的候选人优先考虑。
