Specific Responsibilities Would Include

DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for preparing & loading artwork into Flex PLM system. Understanding that both
efficiency & accuracy is imperative in order to keep the work flow properly moving forward.
2. Ability to work in fast paced environment with a willingness to jump in on projects within our division and any collaborations with Centric Brands
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work closely with Design Director or Sr Manager Graphic Artist on all new styles
2. Must have good understanding of color and design layout as it pertains to apparel
3. Prepare all artwork to be loaded into flex plm and issue style numbers
4. This would include correct repeat size and color call outs
5. Ability to create a balanced two-way print
6. Understanding of fabrication limitations & printing restrictions
7. Ensure all colors are consistent from top to bottom prints
8. identifying artwork errors & work with design to achieve artwork intention
9. Understanding of markers & how to nest
10. Chronicle any artwork poses that would be necessary for licensor approval
11. Responsible to track any artwork pulled from services such as Shutter stock
12. work on Management must be aware of deadlines act accordingly in a fast paced
13. Aide in any deadlines within our division
14. Readiness to take on someone else's workload in their absence or based on deadlines. True team player are-Most important is to have a sense of and prate in your work

OPERATIONS AND RESULTS:
1. Seamless communication with design on all styles/programs.
2. Knowledgeable on licensing details including movie releases/confidentiality agreements.
3. Reviewing all art packs prior to handing off. Double checking all details
4. Recognize the importance of accuracy.
5. Follow work flow within the department
CUSTOMERS AND RELATIONSHIPS:
. Partner with final art team on any revisions needed

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proficient at illustrator and Photoshop
2. Ability to excel in high energy environment
3. Detail oriented
4. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
5. . Licensing experience a plus
6. - Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peen as well as management
7. 0-2Years experience.
