We are looking for a Digital Experience Specialist for China, based in our Sales Team in Shanghai.

Job Description

As Digital Experience Specialist, you will optimize the experience through E-commerce channel(s), leading the functions of site content, online visual merchandising and customer behavior studies. You ensure that the Brand DNA is secured through all touch points providing an inspirational shopping experience in our digital channel(s).

What you will do:

Collaborate with the E-commerce team to drive profitable selling through e-commerce enhancements and seeking opportunities to improve site experience to customers. Build short-term and long-term strategies for &Other Stories online stores that associate with the goals of customer acquisition and retention. Formulate overall online site calendar for regular site refreshes, seasonal campaigns, and event planning on all E-commerce platforms. Work closely with both internal and external business partners to secure on time and precise launch of all campaign, products, copywrites and content. Ensure all E-commerce platforms stays in line with brand aesthetics and visually balance the collection of products based on commerciality, branding and seasonal trends. Take agile actions based on the results of site performance and customer behaviors to maximize click through rate in each section on sites. Ensure business partners optimize PDP (Product detail page) that clearly and accurately delivers product information to extend viewing duration and KPI’s. Initiate and roll out necessary A/B testing to improve online visual experience that associates with relevant KPI based on business demand and site performance. Manage and follow up actions/results of branded assets including global material, studio photos, moving contents, influencer assets and local content to improve shopping experience.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

2+ years experience within e-commerce, digital development and competitor analysis. Strong analytical, planning and content management skills. Having a strong vision for customer and how to optimize our channel experience to reach long term vision for the brand. Action-oriented and pragmatic: Strong ability to transform plans into actions, constantly hunting for and finding potential and improvements. Commercial: ability to understand how to drive customer offer, experience, operations to achieve outstanding sales & profit. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English. 

Additional Information

This is a  full-time  job, which is located in Shanghai, China. This role is part of the Omni Sales Team and reports to the E-commerce Manager for China
