WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

RETAIL CONCEPT MANAGEMENT

-Initiate/assortment adoption/business performance. Own the store retail program tracking.-As the key contact person to WOF, closely connect with field team, provide sufficient support & further drive the retail excellence.

SHIPMENT

-Hold accountable for shipment planning & tracking, Work closely with x acct & finance from PIFOT to allocation table & call off by flow.

SELL IN

-Own the gates of PSP-SPA-OBR, focus on account sell-in. Be the key contact person to FOP team, own the monthly pitchback to FOP with trends & needs.

SELL THROUH

-Provide regular reports/presentations on key data insights & their implications for the business.-Coordinate sell-thru performance tracking & launch day/OMD adjustment communication.

ACCOUNT PARTNERSHIP

-As the key contact window to each account group respectively, understand the news & provide sufficient support on sell-in/sell-thru.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

-With a rich background & working experience in the sporting goods industry.-Strong analytical skills & ability to independently deal with relevant tools (Excel, PPT & Other internal tools).-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – work prioritization, planning & task delegation.-Prove track record of taking ownership & driving results.-Teamwork and change embracing is highly required.-Bachelor degree or above.
