About this opportunity

This role will continuously promote the comprehensive abilities of TSM and iTero trainers, by implementing the class training and field co-visit training, by designing training topics for TSM and iTero trainers and organizing sales & other skills training regularly. Besides, this role will also be involved in medical education projects implementation. In this role, you will… Responsible for the internal training for iTero business. Work closely with business leaders and sales training team to identify training needs. Design and develop training modules according to sales training system and iTero competency model to ensure consistent knowledge transfer to each TSM and iTero trainer. Design and deliver standardized training courses regularly to improve sales productivities, iTero training skills, etc. for the purpose of business growth. Carry out field co-visit and make co-visit feedback report. Organize specific training or workshop both internally and externally as business partner. Manage and implement education projects. Crossing division support and cooperation. In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor’s Degree and above; Dental education background is a plus. At least 8 years’ working experience in sales / training / education; At least 3 years' training experience in MNC. Training experience in dental or medical device is a plus. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with effective communication skills so as to work with cross function teams to achieve company goals. Superior planning, project management and problem-solving skills. Customer focused and result driven with high level of integrity. Ability to adapt to changing environments. Excellent presentation skills and leadership. Initiative and clear career goals. Fluent in English.
