Key responsibilities & accountabilities
Be responsible for the training delivery target of training operation team To continually optimize training service process, monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of all the Operation processes . To submit reports such as weekly flash/ monthly report/ performance assessment report etc. To ensure communicate with other department effectively, such as finance dept./ sales dept./tutor team etc. To monitor course delivery quality, collect and analyze delegates feedback and improve customers satisfaction continually. To manage, coach and develop operation team. To do the job assigned by training business director.Key performance indicators
Achieve training delivery & P/L target. Drive for the training public sales to achieve their target Training delivery report accuracy and within time bound. Company qualification passed(IRCA/APMG etc.) High appraisal from customer/sales dept./finance dept./sales dept./tutorOur Excellence Behaviours: Client-centric, Agile, Collaborative.
