Major Responsibilities:

Sales revenue recognition Shipment control per credit policy Accounts Receivable aging report and analysis Responsible for bank collection inquiries Receivable balance reconciliation with customers and follow up the AR collections. Responsible for VAT invoice issurance check and followup Support monthly VAT output balance reconciliation work Complete monthly AR voucher filing Support intercompany reconciliation for domestic and overseas entities Other tasks assigned

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor in accounting, finance and economics Accounting experience over 3 years (including at lease 1 year experience in AR function) Good computer skills (MS office, ERP). Experience in Oracle is plus. Good inter-personal and communication skills Team spirit, willing to learn and can work under pressure Capable of working on multiple tasks to meet deadlines
