总监助理 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Data collection, analysis and budget management: Assist the sales director to analyze the market and sales data, and track the sales team's forecast execution to ensure the realization of business goals. For example, analyze sales forecast achievement, market share and other data to provide decision support for the sales director; Budget management in the region, cost accuracy control, and the accuracy of the four-year annual cost settlement. Organizational coordination and cross-departmental communication： Organize and arrange regional internal meetings, manager meetings, and be responsible for regional semi-annual meeting activities, from all logistics arrangements, sales rankings to creative design; General support and coordination of the national annual meeting, corresponding coordination of various departments, full support and coordination during the meeting to ensure the smooth progress of the meeting; Assist the sales team in communicating and coordinating Bayer's commercial department, financial department, administrative department, equipment after-sales service department and other daily communication work to ensure the smooth progress of sales of contrast agents and equipment. Compliance : Internal compliance supervision, review all opera activities on a monthly basis, find problems and ask sales to correct them in time, ensure that supporting documents for all activities are uploaded correctly, the expenses are compliant and reasonable, supervise activities in terms of quantity and quality, and make statistics to the Compliance Department; Cooperate with CIDE department to check all payment supporting documents in question within three years. Daily administrative work: Maintain close communication with front-line sales in the region, answer questions about daily compliance, finance, administration, bonuses, sales data, etc., and efficiently solve problems in daily work to ensure that the sales team's various needs are met during the sales process ; Assist the sales director in coordinating and communicating with various departments within the company, for example, coordinating the daily communication between MSL and front-line sales with the medical department, and coordinating with the supply chain department on the content of adding Lexian stock (updated from pre-canned to bottled), etc.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor degree or equivalent education background, majored in business, economics etc. 2-3 years related working experience or above. Strong ability of event organization Good of English, both in oral and written form Good level of skill in use of computer applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and Access Good interpersonal communication
