工作职责

与国内的房地产开发商签订区域及全国的战略采购协议,建立长期良好的合作关系,提高(包括但不限于)水槽,龙头及电器产品的签约占比 To achieve regional and national strategic partnership with top property developers in China , to build up long-term cooperative relations and to improve Franke tap, sink and appliance proportion. 通过大客户团队或与经销商协作,建立并管理与开发商的良好合作关系,以促成工程项目合作及实施 Build and manage, both directly and through the team and distributors, relationships with developers and advise/influence same to drive Franke specifications and business for projects. 收集全国/区域开发商的工程项目清单,与已有工程项目数据进行交叉比对,挖掘商机并扩大战略合作 Collect building project list from key national/ regional developers and compare it with the existing project tracking database to find out missing projects and increase the coverage of strategic projects. 建立项目甄别以及项目跟踪体系,管理直接或与经销商协作的项目投标 Build the project funnel and put in place processes and resources for project tracking and the management of all accounts, served either directly or through distributors avoiding any potential conflict with co-bidding parties. 获取并报告市场上商业创新战略的相关信息 Seek out and report upon information relevant to the business/innovation strategies of the company.

任职资格

本科及以上学历 Bachelor and above degree 有100强地产相关战略大客户开发经验 New KA customer development for top 100 real estate companies in China 优秀沟通能力及影响力 Communication and influence skill 良好的信息整合能力及落地执行能力 Market Information analysis & presentation
