Summary:

Finance Manager is a key executive responsible for managing the financial aspects of a company, ensuring its fiscal health, and contributing to strategic decision-making. One of the core focus is financial management where the Finance Managertakes charge of budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the company‘s fiscal stability. The Finance Managerprovides valuable insights to the executive team and Board of Directors by preparing accurate and timaly financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and according to requirement of the Board of Directors and Shareholders.

Responsiblities and main tasks:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Contribute to the formulation of long-term financial plans and business strategies.
  • Oversee the budgeting process, working with various departments to establish financial goals.

  • Provide accurate and insightful financial forecasts to guide decision-making.
  • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to executives, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Identify and assess financial risks, proposing strategies to mitigate potential threats.
  • Implement risk management policies and procedures to safeguard the company's assets.
  • Manage and optimize cash flow to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor liquidity and ensure the availability of funds for critical needs.
  • Conduct financial analyses to provide insights into the company's performance and trends.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of various business decisions and initiatives.
  • Assess and optimize the company's capital structure to achieve cost-effective financing.
  • Explore and secure funding sources, including debt and equity options.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, legal requirements, and corporate governance standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to address compliance issues.
  • Oversee administrative functions, collaborating with other departments to optimize processes.
  • Participate in strategic decision-making beyond finance to contribute to overall company success.
  • Communicate effectively with Board of Directors and Shareholders.
  • Provide support at the company‘s Board Meetings (agenda, reporting, meeting minutes).
  • Represent the company in financial discussions and presentations.
Experience:
  • Relevant education in finance, accounting or related field. Advance degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles, with a track record of successful financial management and strategic decision-making. Prior experience as a Finance Manageror a senior financial management is desirable.
  • Familiarity with the specific industry in which the company operates, including its regulatory environment and financial challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with financial software and technology tools for efficient financial management and reporting.
