Job Description

s: Follow company policies and be in compliance with company rules Achieve company and department annual goal and objective. Develop new customer, collect marketing information and seminar promotion, especially focused on new big KA customers (EPC, owners, big manufacturer, international sourcing office and and other existing potential ones. Maintain and improve the old customer relationship and satisfaction in all involved business fields. Complete personal sales target. Be responsible for the quotation draft out according to company’s regulation. Coordinate the sales activity (visit customer, handle seminar , and complete related sales activity reports. Responsible for sales collection to ensure the rate of return 100%, no bad debts. Analyze customer volume forecast using CRM system. Be responsible for customer relationship and customer satisfaction. Monitor service quality to avoid any deviation or conflict with customers and handle Customer Voice quickly and properly. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor. Retain and grow key account business and the customer portfolio in your area of responsibility Participate in the contribution margin development for all accounts business (. implementation of price increases, product mix, service commitment to the chain) Organize NDT seminar or take part in other related seminar organized by other institute.

Job Requirements:

Fluent oral, read, writing in English at least, other foreign language is preferred ; Minimum 3 years sales experience in Industry field, focus on Inspection, certification, coordination, or project management service. Have more client resource in Petrochemical Industry, Marine Engineering, Wind Power, Steel Structure, Mechanical Manufacturing; Strong communication capability with client; Strong enterprising and aggression sprit.
