We will support the customer in-person at their lab, and by remote support station, phone and email, serving as a trusted advisor. In doing so, we will help to increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty and chip in to the overall success of the business.
Deliver on-site and remote scientific application support & training support to our customers on our leading TEM products Perform product demonstrations at customer or NanoPort sites Diagnose & resolve product performance problems and customer queries/complaints Work with sales representatives on sales calls to give technical and applications assistance in response to customer inquiries Assist the regional sales team in the development of accounts by giving technical seminars and presentations that promote the use of our products Maintain up-to-date technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and scientific developments in TEM and related subjects Build trust with our customers and excel in customer service
How will you get here?
Education
Masters Degree in Life science, structure biology, cell biology or similar (PhD preferred)
Experience
More than 3 years experience in TEM related to Structure Biology Experience in presenting technical materials in written and verbal form
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Good knowledge on Cryo-TEM: Single particle analysis, Micro-Electron Diffraction or Cryo-tomography. Experience in Thermo Scientific Cryo-TEM , Tecnai/Talos/Titan/Glacios/Krios (EPU, Tomo, TIA, Velox ) Familiar with data processing (Relion, Cryosparc, eTomo) Customer-facing experience, with the emotional intelligence to understand customer concerns Able to connect with and support people optimally with varying levels of technical knowledge and expertise Better with some management experience Good digital literacy and have an interest for groundbreaking technology Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%) Proficient in EnglishOur Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
