Sr Principal Digital Platform Technical Product Consultant

The Position
Job Summary:
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be a key member of an agile delivery team reporting Sr Digital Platform Technical Product Lead. You will be part of a high performance software engineering team that will be building a high quality & world class digital products (platform or healthcare digital applications for disease management).
You will:
Define and drive digital product technical strategy and roadmap management. Partner with the business product managers to develop a vision, commercialization strategy and OKR.
Coordinate requirements, design & product releases with product & business teams, partners and engineering teams. Identify personas, emphasize and forge deep partnerships to yield valuable insights and feedback to deliver high-quality, scalable and user friendly digital product(s).
Adopt SAFe (Scaled agile framework for enterprise), prioritize the product features with customer centric mindset, and iteratively deliver products. Ensure that features prioritization are aligned to OKRs and long term digital product sustainability. Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
Plan and manage product development and maintenance resources in the product life cycle, guide the team to carry out product design and development activities in accordance with the product development process. Lead the team to complete risk management activities/usability engineering activities/design labels and instructions.
Analyze competitors’ products and explore new ways to improve the digital product' competitiveness. Ensure the digital product capabilities are our end-users' preferred choice and are easily combined with other digital service(s) into comprehensive end-to-end patient journey offerings by focusing on understanding/anticipating technical needs, usability, increasing productivity and time-to-market.
You are:
Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field. A postgraduate qualification MSc; or higher degree qualification in a relevant area) would be desirable.
7+ years of technical product management experience in enterprise-grade healthcare products.
Ability to communicate with business-minded and technical-minded people to address their needs in an optimal way.
Be a champion in solving customer’s problems by understanding & empathizing. Ability to identify the technical aspects that can contribute to our customer’s success.
Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
Agile development methodology.
Ability to operate successfully in an unstructured, fluid environment - comfortable ‘taking a position’ with imperfect or incomplete information.
In-depth understandings across multiple technical areas - including mobile app and backend development, data science and information architecture, modern IT architecture modeling, CI/CD, automation principles and IT security.
Awareness of the Healthcare industry and its activities, with familiarity of healthcare data and workflows is a plus HL7, IHE).
Innovative, detail-oriented, and effective in stressful and challenging environments.
Fluent in both speaking and writing English and Mandarin.
