Team assistant, Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance

Huntsman’s Polyurethanes division is now looking for a Team assistant, Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance. This Team assistant is

Responsible for the administrative support for Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance (PSRC) APAC team, CoE EHS APAC team and CoE Process Safety APAC team. To carry out works on travel arrangement, budget update, managing filing system, set up purchasing requests and other relevant administrative duties.

This role is located in Huntsman Shanghai Campus.

As the Team assistant, you will:

Responsible for the travel arrangement, applying entry VISA, tickets booking and hotel accommodation, arrange transportations. Support the data entry of company database and governmental online registration systems as instructed. Assist to maintain Huntsman collaboration platform the Hub and upload document. Do typing and formatting of draft report and presentation, printing of emails and documents, photocopying and binding of documents. Using EXCEL to generate report as needed, i.e. business impact analysis report. Prepare travel expense claims for PSRC team managers, CoE team members and other general claims base on request. The job holder is also responsible for follow up payment of claims. Maintain PSRC department's year calendar & budget control file, leave records and training records. Receive visitors for the department (issue invitation letter, arrange hotel and taxis, booking meeting rooms, etc.) Coordinate all the purchasing and place purchase requests in the purchasing database. Support technical work in SAP EHS(GAIA)system including checking product data and download SDS to support PSC authors in APAC. Organize and coordinate department and inter-department and conference calls. Perform other relevant admin duties as delegated by PSRC Senior Manager, Managers and APAC Regional CoE Managers.

Skills and experiences required:

At least 3 years of experience in industrial companies. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and good business writing are essential. Good IT skills specially EXCEL skills. Basic knowledge on chemical regulations and GHS classification is a plus.
