Overview Monitor hotline service quality Assist manager to handle high risk complaint case, coordinate marketing, sales and R&D to provide related documents to government like FDA Check Film artwork Monitor BU documents/regulation system Prepare reports weekly and monthly, tracking KPI Product quality in market performance – monitor products quality in market, incl. monthly sampling in market, breakage test sampling quarterly Check FA and tracking KPI Handling any potential high risk complaint case, report to manager and take corrective action and root cause analysis Responsibilities Organize monthly meeting and tracking plant KPI and R&D project Monitor BU document system Professional consumer, governmental, media or other high level complaint management. root cause research and provide final solution. Make sure no mistake impact to regulation and Quality /any delay during FA checking; Well service sales/customer, provide hygiene report and FG report. Prepare Consumer complaint handling training material. In market product evaluation report, Store visit report, DC audit Operate the order in myBUY system and prepare the contract with 3rd part for sampling purchase Qualifications Good communication skill and willing to communicate with different level people Be patient and open-minded Used to work under pressure Good excel skill for data analysis, PPT skill for report presentation Well foods industry technology and plant Quality control knowledge while issue happened Basic English skill & computer skill such as Microsoft office.
